Biggest Business Achievement: Watching the growth in confidence, capabilities and skills of the people I work with every day, and feeling that I contributed in some small way.
Biggest Business Obstacle: Staying focused on what’s really important. Without focus there are so many opportunities that you end up so far away from your intended destination.
Biggest Lesson Learned: Hubris hinders business growth as much as a lack of cash flow.
