Biggest Business Achievement: In the spring 2008 ratings book, CTV Weekend News, of which I am the producer, grew 36 per cent in its viewership.

Biggest Business Obstacle: Time ... or lack of it. There is so much to do for this community, and so many stories to tell.

Biggest Lesson Learned: How you treat people is directly correlated to your success, because we move through life carried by those we have treated well.

Biggest Influence: Max Keeping. Max's community involvement is legendary. In addition, his work within our newsroom has contributed to the success of countless reporters, anchors and producers.
