Personal Success Story: The success of Market Object, one of Ottawa’s fastest growing marketing firms, is, I feel, one of my greatest business achievements to date. We have had significant revenue growth and have gained a strong reputation in our field over a very short period of time.

Lesson Learned: That the key to success is not letting your business control your entire life, but to find that proper balance. Time with my family is sacred and must not be sacrificed, as they are what life is all about. Trust the people you work with so that you do not have to take it all on yourself. Find that balance, you will be happy, and your business will flourish as a result.

Inspiration: Definitely my father. He has an incredible head for business. He is my personal advisor, as well as my accountant. He’s a great accountant too – 70 under 70 material, for sure!

Greatest professional challenge: Like any agency, it is keeping together a strong team. There is so much turnover in our industry and good people are hard to find.
