Education: Diploma in Interior Design, Dawson College (1991)

Success Story: Over the past 13 years, Penny has guided her company to become one of the leading interior design firms in Ottawa. Southam Design has experienced revenue growth of over 75 per cent in the past three years and Penny’s designs have earned numerous major awards in the past decade.

Greatest Challenge: To be able to achieve balance. To give you an example of this, while pregnant, I have been averaging 50 to 80 hour work weeks … balance is not my strong suit!
