Source of Motivation: Building a happy and comfortable life with my family, and being well rewarded for helping partners and customers fulfill or solve needs in the marketplace.

Best/Worst Character Trait: My best and worst traits are the same – stubborn perseverance. Greatest Challenge: The first was convincing my wife to marry me, and then periodically (every week or so) having to refresh her memory on why she did.
