Biggest business lesson learned: You are only as good as the people that surround you. What makes or breaks a business is not the direction the ship is taking or who is driving the ship, but more the crew whose dedication and passion will carry that ship forward. Integrating the right people into project teams to help deliver projects is what I4C's vision is about.
